Warranty Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
A lot of shoe warranties are written to sound generous and then quietly deny the most common problems as normal wear. We would rather tell you plainly what we stand behind and what we do not, so there is no confusion if something goes wrong.
What is covered
For 90 days from the date you receive your order, we cover the following issues under normal wear:
- The sole separating or cracking away from the shoe
- The upper material peeling or coming apart at the seams
- The interior lining tearing or coming loose
If any of these happen during normal, everyday use, contact us. We will work with you on a repair credit or a replacement pair, not just a scripted denial.
What this warranty does not cover
Our shoes are built for commuting, everyday errands, casual wear, and light outdoor use, not technical hiking, trail running, or heavy-duty outdoor work. Damage caused by wear outside that intended use, such as extended exposure to mud, rough terrain, or harsh conditions the shoe was not designed for, is not covered. Damage caused by accidents, improper cleaning, or deliberate misuse is also not covered.
These shoes are not waterproof footwear. Damage from standing water, prolonged soaking, or conditions the product was not designed for is not covered under this warranty.
How to file a warranty claim
- Email help@roampaths.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage
- Our team will review the photos and let you know if it qualifies as normal wear or falls outside the warranty
- If it qualifies, we will offer a repair credit or a replacement, depending on the situation
We look at each claim honestly. If a shoe has genuinely failed on the parts that matter, the sole, the upper, or the lining, within the first 90 days of normal use, we are not going to hide behind vague wording to avoid dealing with it.
How this relates to returns
If a problem shows up right out of the box, our Refund Policy may be the faster path, since it covers defective items within 30 days of delivery. This warranty applies during the first 90 days from delivery, including issues that develop with normal wear. The return policy and warranty may overlap during the first 30 days.
Your statutory rights
This 90-day commercial warranty is additional to your mandatory rights under applicable law. It does not limit statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods, and those rights may last longer than this warranty. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.
Questions
If you are not sure whether something qualifies, email us at help@roampaths.com with a photo before assuming either way. We would rather look at it than have you guess.
