These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of roampaths.com (the “Site”), including browsing, creating an account, and placing orders for products offered under the Roam Paths brand.
The Site is operated by THUMBGEEK TECNOLOGIA, LDA (NIPC 518630625) (“we”, “us”, or “Roam Paths”). We are the seller and the party responsible for this store, your orders, and customer support. No other company is presented as the seller, operator, or responsible party for purchases made on this Site.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
4. Products and descriptions
We sell men’s casual footwear and related products as described on the Site. We aim for accurate titles, descriptions, sizes, and images. Colors and textures may look different on different screens. Product availability may change. We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or inventory and update product information without prior notice.
Size and fit guidance on the Site is for general shopping help. It is not medical advice and does not promise a specific therapeutic or health result.
5. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown on the Site in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change before you complete an order. Taxes, duties, or shipping charges (if any) are shown or described at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for amounts due as presented when you place the order.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order (in whole or in part) if we believe it is fraudulent, contains errors, cannot be fulfilled, or violates these Terms. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method where practicable.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information may not entitle you to a free replacement.
7. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. At this time we accept PayPal and Shopify Payments, as shown at checkout and described on our Payment Methods page. These providers process the payment; we receive confirmation needed to fulfill your order. THUMBGEEK TECNOLOGIA, LDA remains responsible for the sale, order fulfillment, customer support, and refunds under our Refund Policy. Naming a payment processor does not transfer those responsibilities.
You authorize us (and the payment method you select) to charge the total shown at checkout. Orders are charged when you complete checkout, unless a method you choose works differently and that difference is shown at checkout.
8. Shipping and delivery
We ship to destinations enabled for this store. Delivery estimates at checkout are approximate and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass according to applicable law and our Shipping Policy. For details on methods, timing, and any shipping offers, see our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us at help@roampaths.com with your order number if you need help.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that appear abusive or fraudulent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt security, scrape content in bulk without permission, place fraudulent orders, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may limit or refuse access when we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
12. Intellectual property
The Site’s content—including text, images, logos, product photography, and design—is owned by us or used with permission. You may use the Site for personal shopping. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
13. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms or required by mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. Privacy and platform services
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes information to provide the platform, checkout, and related services. If Shopify Enhanced Services are enabled, Shopify may also process information from interactions with this store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify. 16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims in your local courts.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site or by email when appropriate.
